Citizenship Test Updates
Planning to apply for citizenship? Things recently changed. After 16 years, a new Naturalization test has been introduced. Beginning October 20, 2025, any person applying for U.S. Citizenship has been required to take a different version of the test, which: is Longer: 128 questions instead of 100; Includes all new versions of the questions; Is More Rigorous: You will be verbally asked 20 questions must answer 12 out of 20 correctly to pass.
